Speed pulls felt better about half way thru, typical I suppose. Got to get the rust out.

  • 275 from the floor 10 singles under 6 min about 30 sec in between sets.
  • Reverse hypers 3x30
  • power shrugs 315x3x10
  • lying hamstring curls 3x30
  • heavy oblquie bends 4x8

At this point I'm maintaining  my strength and keeping my size on.
