The road to 500 is going smooth. Every time I pull I surprise myself by getting faster and strong(her). We have been using a lot of bands and chains lately in our training. Today was squat day with the crew. I am not squatting very frequently so I helped with squats wrapped some knees then jumped in on the deadlift train after helping with some GHR’s and Kettlebell swings!

I ripped two really nice caluses on my hands, true grit. Grinding out every rep!
