*2 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*

For speed work on squat Saturday I did several sets of singles on box squat with straight weight. My speed has improved a lot this training cycle, but I'm still a long way from where I need to be. My next training cycle (before XPC Finals) I will be putting a lot of focus on becoming more explosive.
