Well today took me by surprise. I had a pain free workout and felt explosive. I may be the slowest lifter of all time. But today I had some speed strength. My giddy up came back.

Squats: 185x8x2

Technical sets : 135x3x10

Seated leg curl/leg extensions 4x20

That's all I could do. Weird when your body works right you fatigue a lot faster.
