Up and coming new hips issues are here. Like I needed one more problem. New mobility and stretching every night will be done. Tight hips is not something I like dealing with as well as tugging on my knees and making them become worse. Doesn't mean I will stop training I just need to be more active in my recovery.  Its just on more thing. Put it on my tab.
