Quick one here,

Had a quick speed pull session at the commercial gym near my home. These sessions are usually quick because I only have an hour of childcare at the gym, so I generally get my main movement and then maybe one assistance exercise in. Daddy problems.

Warmed up by waddling around the gym, trying to find the few round 45's they have (as opposed to those dopey hexagonal things most gyms have now).

Started at a plate, and went up to 8 singles with 345. Not impressive I know, but I do these for form and speed.

Fit in 4 sets of back extensions before it was time to pick up my little monster before he destroyed the kid's room at the gym.

No mid-week bench work because I'm trying to get my arms and shoulders healthier. so far it's working and they are feeling better. Looking forward to pushing the volume again and get some strength back!
