last week I came in with the intent  to finding a current training max for the squat.  I did 545 last week and it was hard.  That was a tough till to swallow considering I squatting 710 in July with a belt and neoprene sleeves.  I went in tonight and said I needed more.  Yes I haven't squatted in 12 weeks and this is the reality but I just knew I had atleast 550 in me.

Squat.

I worked up to 600 for a single.  I felt good after this knowing I am only 115 lbs away from my next PR as apposed to 165 lbs.

Deadlift

i decided that I was going to use 675 as a training max.  I thought I better make sure I can pull that right now.

I worked up to 675 for a ugly sumo rep.

So their I have it.  Training mass for my squat and pull.

Im ready.
