Finally getting some weight on my back feels good. I decided to work up to about 80% today for a few sets to help gauge where I'm at.
box squats - box 1.5 inches above parallel - wore Metal Ace briefs
worked up to 750 for 4 sets of 2 reps
GHR
4 sets of 10 reps
hanging leg raises
3 sets of 15 reps
The weight moved well on the squats but the pop I normally have off the box was missing. This will be addressed in the coming weeks with box jumps and some band work.
