This was my first day back in wraps for awhile. I've been trying to hit primarily box squats and mostly sets of 3, rotating between various bars and bands or chains. Today I used a straight bar, straight weight and planned to work up to my last warmup from the Arnold - 585.

My last one was probably a little bit high. I never used to have a problem with depth- in fact the opposite. I would bury every attempt. I am thinking about switching back to my Olympic shoes I used to squat with.
