John has been dying to try a squat and DL day done seperately. I gave in and we are going to do this for nationals prep. What's the wort that can happen?
squat
135 for 3 sets of 5
235 for 2
325 for 2
415 for 1
505 for 1
595 for 4 singles. I went with a narrow stance on these and sank them low. These weren't easy with that stance.
