3 sets of 10   I had a hint of knee pain here  last time I did these 2 weeks ago it was a lot of pain and  didn't do them .  Glad the knee is healing up.

chest supported rows

3 medium see of 10

concentration curls

3 medium sets of 10

pauloff holds

6 sets of 10 seconds against light band

I finished with more rolling and lots of stretches
