Squat day
I was dreading this day. I have an idea of how I will proceed with my training. It's kind of a greatest hits album with a new song thrown in here or there. But unfortunately in order to program the damn thing I need to know what my training max is. YAY
Squat belt only
135 for 3 sets of 10
225 for 5
325 for 3
405 for 3
500 for 1
550 for 1
This was a slow awkward lift. My technique is very novice right now and my strength is obviously down. The good news though is my leg, shoulder, and elbow feel great. I now have a training max for the next 8 weeks.
Trap bar shrugs
3 sets of 10 with 400
Glute hams
3 sets of 10
Reverse prowler drags
3 100 foot trips

This is the best way to do this in our space. It's not ideal but better then nothing. My quads were burning after these.
