Yesterday I had a mole removed from my head. It was in my hair line and hidden but my wife was convinced it has grown. My grandfather and dad have had skin cancer removed for years and the dr removed it to be safe. The mole was cut off and I was stitched up and on my way in 10 minutes. I feel like I had a face lift as the mole was in my side burn area and when I turn my head or squint it feels tight. I went into squat and was sure I would be fine. I got to my work sets and and that wasn't exactly the case.
Squat
low bar and close stance.
Goal was 72.5% for 3 sets of 3 as deep as I could go. My training max is set at 650 for the squat.
135 for 3x3
225 for 3

470 for 3 and my face felt wet. My stiches were bleeding and my hole on my heal was bleeding. It didn't hurt but I didn't want to pop my stiches as the hole they closed shut was the size of a penny.
leg press giant set. I did a bunch of 10 reps on 10 second off set in various ways for the quads.
One leg at time for 2 sets

sling shot hip band
walked the gym in circles for 5 minutes forwards, sideways, and backwards. My hips were toast.

i kept all assistance work light to avoid bleeding.
Done. Is this an off season?
