Trying to bounce back from a little back tweak. This was the last week of a 3 week wave of squatting on a straight bar with straight weight. Week one worked up to a heavy triple, week two heavy double, this week, a heavy single. I've been pretty conservative with my numbers trying to feel out this back tweak. My current PR - raw w wraps at 220 is 640, I'm sitting around 220 bodyweight right now and worked up to an easy 555 tonight. NOthing impressive, but most importantly, I feel great.

Our next 3 week wave will be straight bar vs elitefts heavy bands.

Felt great, and it was a good night with the training crew. A couple of high school athletes I train with, who are pretty good lifters hit some big numbers. Hunter Collier, who lifts at 165 hit 415, no sleeves or wraps easily. High School Junior, Cooper Privett, who is doing a Lexen meet on June 11 hit 555.
