since I'm committed to bench only this meet I decided that I should use the elitefts yoke bar to save the shoulders and elbows.  I decided to take a single off a 15 inch box to get a training max   My knee is acting up and the box allows me to sit back and take the strain off it as well

i worked up to 600 for a single with a moderate stance. This was a tough single.

I then dragged the sled backwards for 4 60 foot trips.

Done.  I remember why I did bench only back in the day. You can hit a heavy squat and forget to deadlift and when you remember you didn't pull you just say Oh well. I'm a bench only guy anyway.
