7 Weeks Out from USAPL Cbus Lifting Co. Spring Classic

I was at a conference last weekend with my staff in Virginia at James Madison University (which was great), but still found some time to deadlift at the Rec Center there. My squatting that week was high rep and lower intensity, and my deadlift work sets were the same, but then I worked up with some singles and got to a smooth one with 600lbs). I'm happy with where my deadlift is moving, especially switching to a regular bar for IPF. It would be awesome to beat my last meet PR on a deadlift bar (623lbs) with an IPF bar at this meet. We shall see.

Competitively - My last competition was the  UPA Winter Rack Attack on December 17th (competed raw at 220lbs). It was my second meet back transitioning to competing raw, and my goal entering next year is to qualify for a larger raw competition (whether it be at the Arnold or elsewhere).
