Tonight was squat night I was flying solo and made the best of it.
I'm still on the No belt no sleeve kick and it really sucks
My low back, core and left leg feel incredibly weak but the work is going well.
I worked up to 600 for three on the squat.
I then went on to the deficits off a100lb pound plate without a belt and worked up to 535 for 3.
Then I moved onto dead squats with the eliteFTS yoke squat bar with my conventional Dl stance without a belt again.
I did 535 for three singles We have these set a little higher than usual to work the mid dead lift portion.
Assistance work
dumbbell step ups with 95 pound dumbbells in each hand for 2 sets of 8
Glute hams for two sets of 10
Glute ham sit ups for two sets of 20
Standing banded ab crunch for two sets of 20
I finished with body box squats for a terrible Tabata.
Tonight was a tough workout. The Beltless work is killing me but I hope pays off. I feel accomplished finishing up with some conditioning work. It's not much but it's a start.
