Week 2 of 3 week squat wave. Week 1 was triples, week 2 doubles, week 3 single, all vs elitefts heavy bands to a parallel box.

I got a new pair of elitefts Maverick knee wraps that I used for my last 2 sets. they are my first pair of 300cm knee wraps, and bc I typically self wrap, kind of a pain, but the extra 50cm from what I'm used to makes a big difference. I really liked the Maverick wrap and I think it will end up being the wrap I train in from now on. Last week the 375x3 was pretty tough for me, this week the 415x2 was a lot easier. I will definitely be switching to a 300cm (from 250) for competition wraps as well.
