2 Weeks Out from XPC Finals @ The Arnold Classic
Last Tuesday I went up to the S4 Compound to take my squat opener and potential second attempt (I'm a few days behind on logs, due to some travel for work) - I did 680lbs, which was fast; and then took 740, which was a grinder because I got forward slightly. My best meet squat is 750, so with some rest and good technique we'll see what happens on meet day...
