I woke up today at 266.5 today. I have been strict and tight so I was pleased to see the scales and the effort.  This was after a low low low carb day.  after I hit the scale I suddenly realised that USAPL raw nationals full power is only 8 weeks out this week.  I pushed it hard tonight to set the tone.  Bench nationals is only 9 days away.
