Or not.....
i had a terrible migraine today. I loaded up on The usual migraine pills but nothing changed. I opted to pass on tonights workout. I'm not in the mood to suffer through a workout right now. My legs are feeling like crap again. No clue why. I wonder when you get to the point that this is the new normal. Beat up, tired, and aching all the time? My upper body feels great but my hips, quads, and knees feel like garbage though. I am re-considering my meet plans. My 3 months of rest was great but didn't have the effect I wanted. I spent three months working on my posterior chain hoping that I could balance out my lower half. I have spent the last 5 weeks working slow with low training weights and I'm at ground zero again. I may need to reevaluate my plans. I'm still hungry though for something though . I may want to chase a double body weight raw bench. I never done that in a meet before. I need a goal and this may be a good fit.
I need to do some thinking.
