Squat / Pull day. In the midst of all this bench only talk I'm also 7 weeks out from USAPL RAW NATS.
Today was a deload. I just went through three weeks of yoke bar and deficit work. Post meet I wanted to build on my quads and low end pulling strength. We went back to the traditional lifts tonight. We worked technique and kept it easy. A good deload before we crank it up. My next planned meet after the RPS states in July was USAPL RAW NATS in October. Bench nationals was not planned but done on a whim due to me missing my goals last meet bench wise. After this meet my focus will shift again to full power the next 7 weeks up to raw nationals. We will add back in Gpp and cat work on these days.
