I'm heading off to Pittsburg for 4 days with the wife and needed to hit the gym 2 days earlier then expected. That meant I had an hour in between church and the ravens game to get it. I took the 7 year old for camera work.  She was very concerned.  Listen when I un rack my last squat. Afterwards I said what's wrong.  She said I looked like I was falling over.   That made me feel ready for the meet lol.  I fell asleep on the love seat in the man cave last night.  I woke up in full blown disc herniation mode.  I rumble rolled the legs and broke my back with it before hitting the gym.  I look forward to 3 day of sleeping in, naps, and quiet.   I do love my kids though.

Squat

I worked up to 585 for a single. This is in opener realm.  Things felt good.

Deadlift

i again worked up to 585 for a single.  This felt ok too.   My extra recovery work has been helping my legs and so far so good.  The strained glute pain is all but gone.

So my knee, leg, and gluten are coming around. My upper back hurts like hell in a spot right off my spin near my trap/scap region.   It could be worse lol.
