this felt good.  My left leg is getting better each week.  I am still purposefully about an inch high.  Next week is a deload.  After that I will be at 675 for 2 singles.  I hope to have everything dialed in then.

I have just come to the point that I am clueless.  I try to go conventional as my sumo has struggled the past two meets.  Thats not going any where and now I pull sumo for the first time since April and it felt great.  Sumo it is.....for now....
