I haven't squatted on a straight bar really heavy in wraps for a while. I hit a handful of light sets of 3-5 reps with no wraps on then tossed on a light pair when I hit 455.

I felt great and the 570 was pretty easy. I used my Olympic shoes again (2nd time in 2 years) and depth was no issue. I need to get comfortable with the close stance again, but this felt pretty good. I plan to keep box squats in on every 3rd week to keep my hamstrings strong.
