Well, after a deadlift only meet where my squat took a back seat in training, it's time to get back to work. This is definitely the lift I have the most room for improvement on. My current PR is 640 raw w wraps at 220. I have not squatted but one or two moderately heavy reps on a straight bar in the past couple months. The past 3 weeks I've been squatting since the Arnold, I've only used a safety squat bar for max effort work.
Squat: (55 lb bar so add 10lbs to all numbers)

The last set wasn't as bad as I expected it to be, not that it's that heavy, but I hate doing reps and I haven't squatted on a straight bar for a couple of months.
Front squat:
3x10 @185 lbs

The next couple weeks I plan to hit a heavy double, and a heavy single the following week to give me a little better idea of where I am currently at.
