Every other week on squats I'm using a SSB with hands out to force myself to work hard to keep my upper back tight. The first two weeks of these sucked. This week seemed to be a little better. Progress is progress.

I stole the trap bar dead variation from Stan Efferding. It's a nice full-body replacement for the leg press. And fatbell swings against a band are freakin awesome for building up the glutes.
