Bulgarian Squats w/ SSB bar 3 x 8 each side

Good mornings 4 x 20

Back extensions 3 x 12 (weighted)

Leg curls 10 / 10 partials 3 x 20 (heavy)

Cardio incline 9 - 20 minutes

I've implemented back extensions 3 x week and usually do SSB good mornings after squats. I find these to be good movements to reinforce a neutral spine and build your erectors.
