So...I finally gave in and got me a pair of them Olympic Weightlifting shoes. Does this mean I'm a hipster? Jenn?

They were recommended to help with my overhead presses since I'm always pressing off my toes rather than my heels and "spreading the floor." And at lockout, I am so unstable pressing with converse. These allow you to stay more upright and align your posterior chain more efficiently.

They came in today so I wanted to feel them out. Weird difference squatting in them versus chucks (I still prefer to squat in converse) but hopefully these will help improve form in other movements.

Squats
