Heavy deads and squats on the agenda today. Shout out to Murph for connecting us with Hernitex. Today was the first time using them and they felt great on the knees- keeping them warm and supported.

Technique was off and hold habits showed. I'm still not consistent with my deads and squats, yet. But they are improving. It's just a matter of time until I get it wired into my brain and it becomes second nature.
