Well, squats are feeling just about right all of a sudden. I haven't even hit the gas yet, and my speed is coming back--finally.

Worked up to 635 for some doubles, focusing on hitting the hole with speed and exploding out. That's exactly what I did.

Pulled after squats, and even those are starting to feel explosive again, hopefully, I can keep my old ass healthy and make a good run for the next ten weeks.

Accessories and called it a day-- finally feeling like this might work out- maybe.
