Getting ready for the Arnold so I decided to head down to Elitefts for the day. I needed to squat and hit a single at 625, which shouldn't be anything too crazy. It does suck trying to squat after a 3 hour car ride, but on the positive side, it is good to put yourself in an uncomfortable situation every once in awhile. On meet day things will never be 100% perfect for you.

15 minutes of mobility and light warmup had me feeling pretty good.

I used the maverick wraps 455-585 , in my opinion they are the best training wrap.
I put on the Kraits, which are the best competition wrap, for the 625. I may have ended up cutting it a little bit high, or right at parallel, but it was fast and easy.

That was all I ended up doing. I spent a lot of time catching up with some old friends and didn't want to wreck myself, then make the 3 hour drive back .
