Feeling kinda depressed lately worrying about loosing all my strength gains, decided to try the Cambered squat bar tonight and see how it felt on my shoulder. To my surprise there was no pressure on my shoulder at all. I still kept it pretty light but I'm happy to have squatted in the Monolift again with over 200 lbs.
