Even though I lift raw I've been messing around with some single ply gear. Just for fun since I'm deadlifting only in 7 weeks. I haven't ruled out doing a single ply meet in the future, it's been relatively fun learning the difference lifting in gear.
Squats (no briefs)

Despite being extremely uncomfortable in briefs and not really utilizing them with my narrow squat stance, the weight felt pretty decent and moved well.
Glute Ham raise 5x5 with elitefts mini band looped under the GHR and around my neck.
Ab roller 2x15
I'd normally add a little more accessory work in, but Wednesday I will be hitting some speed pulls vs bands and plan to continue to add weight/ band tension every week on these so I wanted to be fresh for these.
