I haven't any more than 545 on my back since March.

I was heading into a deload and decided my last set of the day I'd take my training max for a ride to gauge how my progress was coming.

I didn't have too, maybe even shouldn't have, but going full disclosure, I've been having a lot of conflicting and doubting thoughts about training heading into the Arnold. This wasn't for my ego- its 700 measly pounds, instead this was for a piece of mind.

700, next meso we jump my training max 100 lbs to 800 time to start getting my shit together. 

Moved slow as shit, but it moved. It will give me some confidence heading into next meso, I have to start hitting the wraps with authority and just fucking squat.
