The first 495 x 1 with no wraps was really tough. I was training alone, so I tossed the wraps on to make sure I didn't miss. The first single was easy, so I did another. And because I need it, I did another set in wraps as well.

Good mornings with the SS Yoke Bar and mini bands pulling forward.
- even with out a lot of band tension, the bands pulling forward make all the difference in the world.
