Currently in off-season, spending some time building up volume, having fun, and trying to get as strong as possible.

Third week of yoke squats and they don't feel nearly as soul crushing. Volume on lower accessories is incredibly fun... probably a little too fun. I walked away from this training session looking like I was wearing a full diaper.
