I used the Elitefts SS Yoke bar for my pause squats. A few weeks ago I worked up to 365x2, last week 405 x 2 , this time 415 x 2. As my back starts feeling better and better I'm going to continue to add these in every 3rd week and keep trying to PR.

I'm just starting to get back on track and to be honest that last set was pretty tough. My best squat on the SSB is 600 x1 , not paused and in wraps. So, it's kind of tough to compare.
