I used the elitefts yoke ssb and did some pause squatting. I have been having some depth issues the past year, which is the exact opposite of years past. I have always squatted way deeper than need be. So.... I switched back to my Olympic lifting shoes and brought my feet back in closer.

I had no issues squatting deep and staying tight in the pause reps. I hit a handful of warmup reps and worked up to 3 plates per side. I just count the bar as 45 for convenience purposes.

Working sets: 315 8x2 - they felt great and I will keep these in the rotation for the next few weeks, and continue to add weight.

Accessory work:

GHR 3x10
superset
sled drag 3x50 yards

3x10 ab roller.

I think this change in my squat will really help me. The wider stance and frequently box squatting has brought up my hips and hamstrings, so I think I should be able to squat 700 at 220 at my next meet.
