I'm still recovering from being sick and having one kid get sick the night before and 1 kid get sick the night after. So the lack of sleep combined with being sick myself has really caught up with me.
Despite having no energy I decided to squat with the crew at The Strength Lab.
Safety Squat bar to a low box - work up to 2RM (supposed to, I called it about 50 -75 lbs short)

That was all I had in my for this workout. The next couple days will be focused on recovery; eating, sleeping, and some mobility work.
Tomorrow, I play to speed bench and hit some dumbbell work. I also plan to head to Elitefts S4 Compound to train this weekend and you can always count on that to be a great workout.
