*5 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*
Today's Squat/Deadlift training was focused on rep work and heavy assistance movements since I'm currently in my circa max phase for squatting. I did 5x5 on wide stance SSB good mornings followed by some straight leg deadlifts with a slow descent.
Notes for Improvement: Keep back locked in straighter during entire good morning.

A. Banded Standing Ab Pulldown Warm-Up - 4x15
B. SSB Wide Stance Pin Good Mornings - 5x5 w/ 260lbs
C. Straight Leg Deadlifts (slow descent) - 3x5 w/ 405lbs
*Sets of 10s of up 365 as build-up sets
D. Lying Machine Hamstring Curls - 4x12
E. Standing Heavy Ab Pulldowns - 3x10
