Ascending dynamic days I have started to like along with up sets. Training went well today and all prescribed sets and reps were done with no pain and moved as they should for a dynamic day. This had me in a good place for accessory movements.
*Duffalo, Dynamic 8x2: 220 (bar oops) - 235 - 250 - 265 + 3 chains
*Mid Spotto Press, 3’s pause 3x6: 305
*A1) Single Arm Dead Stop KB Row (3’s Pause) 3x12: 70
*A2) DB Floor Press (Pause top and bottom) 3x12: 80
*B1) DB Hammer Curl (slow eccentric) 3x10:
*B2) Band or Cable tricep 3x12:
