I went to one of the Globo gyms in the area today as one of my clients needed help on their bracing technique in squat, it was bad, causing adductor pain among a slew of other things. Decided to just train while monitoring their progress during their working sets, 2 birds with one stone. Nothing neat enough to record, got in, got out.
