Staying mobile  is the only way I can become stronger. The more you push in the wrong direction the further you are from your goals.

As posted previously I do not have alot of extra time to do much.

I set a timer sense I have no concept of how long a minute is. 20min was set.

I stretch everything , and once I saw 2 min left I laid flat breathing slowly. The rest of my day which was spent walking as fast as I can move for 12hrs was exceptionally better. Less pain, less tension.
