I am here to live, learn, and pass on.

Went fairly easy today, my body hasn't completely recovered from Monday's training. Some people are "lift heavy or die trying" 24/7, and I applaud your craziness, but to avoid any injures, it's best to just listen to your body. Recovery is the most important thing in training.

Warmed up for 10 minutes - Foam roll, stretching, etc., then covered myself in liniment. Mostly my back and hamstrings. Those areas are where I get knots and feel tightness the most, so it's not uncommon.

1. Strict axel presses -

Warmed up with the axel bar for 2 x 10

Worked up to 90 lbs for 5 x 2

2, Close grip bench -

135 lbs for 4 x 5

3. Incline DB presses  -

45 lbs 1 x 12

45 lbs x 10 dropset to 30 lbs x 5

45 lbs x 8 dropset to 30 lbs x 6

45 lbs x 8 dropset to 30 lbs x 6

4A. DB tricep kick backs - 4 x 20

4B. Push-ups - 4 x 10

5A. Band tricep pushdowns - 3 x 20

5B. Face pulls with the band - 3 x 10

Thank you for being a part of my journey. Suggestions and comments are always welcomed!
