First two sets were over 10 seconds which got me pretty mad because I wanted to get it just under 10 seconds. Took a bigger break for the last set, ate a small bite of my brother's donut (and I don't even really like donuts), pressed my re-set button and got the last set just under 10 seconds. Next goal: 9 seconds
The Battleaxe clan made an appearance at the I am Crossfit located in Coral Gables, FL to spread the word and knowledge about strongman and powerlifting. Fun experience to watch; exposing them to new movements. Hopefully we've convinced a few to try out the strength sports.
