Conventional block pulls 175lbs 3 x 8
I got to choose my accessory movements but didn't feel like thinking. I asked Dave to pick:
Close stance (close as in your feet are touching) hack squats 3 x 15
Wide stance leg presses 5 x 20 (30-60 sec rest)
Hamstrings curls 3 x 15
Leg extensions 100lbs for 100 reps (no stopping)
