Last training day of my light week and I got to deadlift and bench in the same session. Any time I have to do more than one main lift, I end up being at the gym for far too long, but thankfully training is my happy place.
Sumo pulls keep feeling easier, I know my technique isn't perfect yet, but I'm working on it. I know I need to be working more on spreading my knees and pulling my hips in towards the bar. Baby steps.

I've been working on my dumbbell rows lately after not doing them for a very long time. I've been enjoying working my way up to the heavier ones, and have had my eye on the heaviest dumbbell in the gym for some time (It's a globo gym so I'm lucky it goes up to 120 lbs).
