I pushed training back to Sunday because my training partners had a meet on Saturday. All things considered, they did well. But it's never as good as you want it to be. There's always more to be had. Long story short, I'm proud of them. Joe had a solid day, but is still growing as a lifter. He has 1800# in him, he just has to keep chipping away. John popped something in his quad during warm ups but still managed a bench PR and deadlift PR. He stood up with 700 on his dead but was called for a soft lockout. Jabez is strong as all hell, he's just working on putting it all together. And Yessie crushed it in her first single ply meet with a 1017# total!
My training- this day made my quads cry for the next 24 hours. The first three exercises were WOOF. I was cramping all day long. Good stuff, good stuff.
