I fucked up my timing today.  Normally we train Saturdays, but Joe needed to go Sunday. And they're getting ready for a meet so I want to be there to help them. BUT I forgot I had to get one of the puppies to class and I cut my time too close with helping them and getting my own training in. And then I went on to screw the theoretical pooch all day. I didn't eat or drink enough. I weighed in at 242.5, where I had been 246 the day prior. BACK TO WORK.
